This department is responsible for continuous improvement of CNC lathe site processes, including layout improvement, production line automation, process flow optimization, tooling optimization, etc. The R&D department also collaborates with other departments within the company, including the manufacturing department, quality department, procurement department, and external partners such as colleges and universities, material suppliers, mold casting companies, metal surface treatment companies, sheet metal companies, etc., to establish the OUTSTAND Mechanical Processing Technology R&D Center. This center conducts product R&D and technical breakthroughs, significantly improving the efficiency and depth of R&D work. It has been repeatedly praised and recognized by customers, bringing new business to OUTSTAND.

　　The company has developed products such as air conditioning compressor scroll disks, scroll static disks, scroll mainframes, scroll sub-frames, support rings, balance blocks, scroll crankshafts, etc.

　　OUTSTAND continuously increases R&D investment, insists on industry-academia-research cooperation for many years, and has established long-term corporate partnerships with over a dozen vocational colleges in Guangdong and Jiangxi. It has carried out in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation, technology development, and social services, selected by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission as an "Industry-Education Integration Cultivation Unit". Currently, it is planning to establish OUTSTAND College, compiling training materials for the college, and continuously cultivating high-quality technical talents and reserve cadres.
